Jack Haag has been the Transportation Supervisor for West Carrollton City Schools since 1996. He has been an active member of OAPT since 1997 and earned his Director's Certificate from OAPT in 1999. He has served as secretary for OAPT since 2001. Jack lives in West Carrollton where he serves as chairman for the Parks and Recreation Board. He enjoys volunteering one hour each week as a reading tutor for a kindergarten class.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing and coaching basketball and spending time with his wife and daughters (16, 14, and 8).
